There are many regular Christian Education opportunities for adults at Hope. These include Sunday School at 9 a.m. on Sunday mornings, Wednesday Night Alive each Wednesday evening at 5:45 - 7:30 p.m., Presbyterian Women, Men of Hope Monday Night Bible Study and New Member classes periodically throughout the year.
Adult Bible Studies
The Adult Sunday School program consists of 3 classes from which to choose. All classes are Bible-based curriculum that is age appropriate and meets the interest level of that particular group. Our Sunshine Class is for adults with special needs.
Wednesday Night Alive
Each Wednesday at 6:00 p.m., we gather for dinner and prayer prior to the evening activities. The activities include:
Like many Presbyterian Churches, Hope Church values and enjoys many opportunities for the women of Hope. We currently have 3 "Circles" that meet for monthly study and prayer. Women choose between attending the First Thursday (10:30 a.m.), the Second Wednesday (6:30 p.m.) and the Second Saturday (9 a.m.)
Men of Hope
The Men of Hope are a Monday evening Bible Study group that meets weekly at 7 p.m. Men of Hope also meet for their regular Men's Breakfast on the Second Saturday at 9 a.m., either in Hambley Hall or in connectioin with our sister church, Mt. Moriah.
